Yes. When you accept a quote, your payment goes into escrow — a locked holding account. The pro can see the money is secured, but it's only released when you confirm the job is done. If something goes wrong, a human resolves the dispute within 48 hours.
How are pros verified?
Every pro passes ID verification and a background check before they can bid. Licensed trades (plumbing, electrical) must also upload valid licence and insurance documents, which our team reviews.
What does it cost to post a job?
Nothing — posting is free and you can collect as many quotes as you like. We charge pros a small commission only when a job is completed and paid, so our incentive is the same as yours: a job well done.
Do I have to write in English?
